Joe handles presuit construction claims and litigation, including complex multiparty litigation. Prior to joining The Grosshans Group, Joe worked for a large insurance defense firm, litigating in the areas of insurance defense litigation, country club, condominium and homeowners association law, first-party property, and commercial litigation. Joe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from SUNY Fredonia and subsequently obtained his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law. While at Ave Maria, he was on the board for the Student Bar Association and was a senior editor for the Law Review.
